I was part of a small group of athletes which were invited to Crossfit Debrecen to train, eat, recover and sleep under the watch of Coach JA. This so-called pre-open training camp included four days off endurance gymnastics weightlifting strength and skill work. It was very individual and focused coaching because the camp only contained four athletes. It was through and through well organised. Not only the working out part but also the recovering took a huge part in the camp. We have had soft tissue treatment every day. Also we learned breathing techniques to down regulate inflammation which helps to recover faster. It was an awesome experience to work with Coach JA and I definitely will be back next time.
