STRONG AF PLAN!
Strong AF is a 11-week weightlifting and strength plan designed to develop the Squat, Snatch and Clean & Jerk numbers. Each week consists of 5 training session in which each session approximately lasts 60-90 min. The plan is specifically designed to progressively overload you for your time invested. Each training week builds on the previous week. The plan consists of 2 back to back micro cycles with a deload allowing for maximum results.
The main lifts for the program will be the Back Squat, Front Squat, Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Accessory/assisted exercises are included for balance, pre-hab and symmetry in the body. It is highly recommended that you know your maxes before you start this plan, otherwise we suggest to test it before starting it.
This plan takes a “no bullshit” approach and will require you to work hard to get to your goals as fast and as safe as possible.
